Processing time takes up to 3 business days. We ship free to both the USA + Canada. Our free shipping does not include tracking. If you would like tracking on your package, you can select our Expedited option for a small fee, with this option you will also receive your item sooner.
**Please note that due to Covid backlogs, shipping delay times to Ontario and Quebec have surged. Recently, some packages have taken as long as four weeks to arrive (yes, we know, it's insane!). We really want to make sure you can get your package in a timely manner, but please know that if you select free untracked shipping, it is out of our hands once it leaves the post office. We highly, highly recommend selecting Expedited shipping if you need your package soon or want the confidence of tracked shipping.**

It can be a leap of faith when you order online; we get it, and we're here to help! We are happy to offer exchanges and returns for up to 30 days after arrival. Exchanges and store credit returns are eligible for free return shipping. :)
Too big, too small, or just changed your mind? Email email@example.com with your order number and the items you want to exchange. We will send out the exchange item as soon as the original order is received back at our store. (Please understand that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your package to get back to us may vary.)
Returns We are happy to offer a store credit or refund for returns within 30 days of delivery. (Store credit returns are eligible for free shipping!) To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For refunds, the cost of shipping is deducted from the refund, or $7.99, whichever is less.

Okay cool. So how do I return?
For Canadians, we have recently launched an online portal to make this as easy as possible! Simply login with your order number and email in our returns portal: https://www.katehewko.com/a/returns
It's pretty easy from there:
1. Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange;
2. Select the reason why and submit; and
3. Print label!
That's it! :) Print off that label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any Canada Post outlet. We'll notify you once we've received it here in Calgary to approve that it is indeed in unused condition. Once it's inspected to be in good condition, we approve your store credit or refund and you are all set!
Note for Americans: unfortunately the returns portal is only compatible with Canada Post at this time. For any international returns, please email Chrissy directly!
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
