CANADA + USA We ship free to both the USA + Canada. Processing time takes up to 3 business days. Our free shipping does not include tracking.
We have three options available for shipping:
Free Shipping (tracking not included): This is through Canada Post (in Canada) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) in the USA. Delivery time is usually about two weeks, though lately in the States it's been closer to three weeks. (This will probably continue throughout the holidays.)
This is through Canada Post; it's usually 3-4 business days for the Western provinces and 3-5 business days for ON/QC/NB/NS (remote area codes up to 8 business days). NL/PEI says it take 4-5 business days, but in our experience it's usually 5-6 business days. NWT/YT/NU, and remote postal codes, are up to 8 business days.
Expedited (United States):
This is through the USPS; it's usually 5-6 business days depending on customs, though up to 10 for remote area codes.
This is usually 3-4 business days within Canada, or 3-6 business days within the United States. (Please note that's shipping time and does not include fulfilment! Your order will ship out the next business day from when it's placed.)

It can be a leap of faith when you order online; we get it, and we're here to help! We are happy to offer exchanges and returns for up to 30 days after arrival. :) Please make sure that all items are in original condition.

Canadian Returns: We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund within 30 days of delivery. (Store credit returns and exchanges are eligible for free return shipping!) To be eligible for returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please note,for refunds, the cost of return shipping is deducted from the refund. This is waived for store credit returns or exchanges.
Here's the link to our returns portal through Canada Post; simply login with your order number and email: https://www.katehewko.com/a/returns and
1. Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange;
2. Select the reason why and submit; and
3. Print return label!
Print off that label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any Canada Post outlet. That's it! :) We'll notify you once we've received it here in Calgary to approve that it is indeed in original condition. Once it's inspected to be in good condition, we approve your refund, store credit, or exchange and you are all set!
We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund within 30 days of delivery. If you are returning internationally, please mail your return to the following address with your name and order number:
