

General Return Policy/Eligibility:
- We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund return on most orders for up to 30 days after delivery. :) Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Please note, for refund returns, $7.99 is deducted from the refund for the cost of return shipping. This is waived for store credit returns or exchanges. In fact, store credit returns get a 10% bonus reward!
- Items must be unworn and in original condition.
- Please note: items that have been marked down are FINAL SALE.
- We currently support return labels for the US and Canada; if you are returning an item from outside the US or Canada, we'll happily refund it/exchange it/etc once received, but kindly ask that you mail it to us.
USA Returns:
To initiate a return, simply login with your order number and email to our returns portal, located here: https://www.katehewko.com/apps/returns
From there:
1. Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange;
2. Select the return reason;
3. Select what kind of return (store credit, refund, or exchange); and
4. Submit! A return label will be emailed to you shortly.
That's it! :)
Print off that label, attach it to your package (smaller is better!), and drop it off at any USPS location near you. We'll notify you once we've received it in Nashville to inspect it. Once we've approved it is indeed in original condition, we will issue your refund, store credit, or exchange, and you're all set!
Canadian Returns:
For our Canadians, the same policies apply, but we have a few more options for how you can return!
Here are your options:
1. Ship your return:
1. Log in with your order number and email address to our regular returns portal at www.katehewko.com/apps/returns
2. Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange;

4. Submit! A return label will be emailed to you shortly.

2. Drop it off label-free at any of 100+ locations across Canada (NEW):
We've partnered with our friends at Return Bear to offer an in-person, label-free return experience to make returns even easier. This is a great option for those who may not have printers, plus your refund/store credit will be issued instantly upon receipt.
Our new drop-off return option means you won’t need to repack items or print off any shipping labels, and you’ll be able to instantly return your item - no more wondering when we will get it :) We’re excited to offer drop-off returns and believe that this is one small way that we can employ more sustainable practices at Kate Hewko. Standard return policies apply.

3. Drop it off label-free at our storefront in Calgary:
Are you local? We'd love to see you! We'll happily accept your return during store hours at our concept store here in Calgary, Alberta, located in the Devenish Building at 908 17 Ave SW. There's no shipping fee for in-store returns (obv), plus, if you want to exchange it for something in-person, we'll happily honour the 10% store credit bonus in-store. :)

INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to provide return labels for international orders (orders outside the US and Canada). However, you are welcome to mail a return to us and we will happily refund it! If so, please make sure to include your name and order number on the return. :)
