As a woman who typically wears 2X (American sizing), I have a tough time finding fun, trendy clothes. Kate Hewko thankfully sells clothing for all shapes and sizes. I checked the measurements on this jacket before purchasing it and it fell within my range. Upon receiving it, I was thrilled to find that it zipped up and fit me. Not only that, it arrived in a terrific cloth bag for safekeeping/storage. The fur is fun -- it's not meant to look real -- and it's super soft. I ordered the green and will enjoy wearing this out.

Loved the concept and I really wanted to love the hoodie however I just sent it back. From a style perspective, I found it to be boxy and not flowy as it appears on the website. I also found the faux fur to be less furry and more feathery. In terms of quality in the context of the price point: the zipper was kind of crooked and made of light-weight (cheap?) plastic, it was not really functional (hard to zip up), and the pockets are small and set back making them hard to reach. The hood, when pulled up, flopped over my face and is not usable. I have a number of other Kate Hewko pieces and, IMO, this jacket was not quite up to standards.

A "general size guide" doesn't ever truly work in the fashion world because of fabric and fit (stretch, oversized, bodycon, tailored, etc.). Make sure to measure yourself and reference the tape icon on each product page to get the best fit.
