GENERAL RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
- We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund return on most orders for up to 30 days after delivery. :) Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Please note that for refund returns, $7.99 is deducted from the refund for the cost of return shipping. This is waived for store credit returns or exchanges.
- Items must be unworn and in original condition.
- Please note: items that have been marked down as final sale are not eligible for return.
- We currently support return labels for the US and Canada. If you are returning an item from outside the US or Canada, we'll happily refund it/exchange it/etc once received, but kindly ask that you mail it to us.
TO MAIL YOUR RETURN (USA + CANADA):
To initiate a return, simply login with your order number and email to our returns portal, located here:

1. Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange
2. Select the return reason
3. Select what kind of return (store credit, refund, or exchange)
4. Submit! A return label will be emailed to you shortly. That's it! :)
Print off that label, attach it to your package (smaller is better!), and drop it off at any post office near you. Once we've approved it is indeed in original condition, we’ll issue your refund, store credit, or exchange, and you're all set!
DROP OFF YOUR RETURN LABEL-FREE (Canada):
We've partnered with our friends at Return Bear to offer an in-person, label-free return experience to make returns even easier. This is a great option for those who may not have printers, plus your refund/store credit will be issued instantly upon receipt - no more wondering when we’ll get it :) We’re excited to offer drop-off returns and believe that this is one small way that we can employ more sustainable practices. DROP OFF YOUR RETURN IN CALGARY OR NASHVILLE:
Are you local? We'd love to see you! We'll happily accept your return during store hours at our concept store here in Calgary, Alberta or Nashville, TN. There's no shipping fee for in-store returns (obv), plus, if you want to exchange it for something in-person, we'll happily offer an extra 10% store credit bonus. :)
INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to provide return labels for international orders. However, you are welcome to mail a return to us and we will happily refund it! If so, please make sure to include your name and order number on the return. :)

I love this blazer so much but I wish they'd remake it with different material for the fringe. I have to make sure it doesn't touch another item of clothing in my closet and when I just tried it on with a white button down shirt, the shirt was covered in black shedding just from the brief try-on (not even wearing it for more than 2 minutes) and I 1) decided against wearing the jacket immediately and 2) had to use a lint roller on my shirt for another 5+ minutes before deciding on a different jacket. I think it'll be okay if I wear it with very dark clothing but it's such a bummer because it's so pretty! Unfortunately, I didn't anticipate issues and removed the tag before trying it on. The look of it is beautiful though!

I LOVE this blazer, quality material and studs. The fringe however is shedding so much! I put it in the washer to try to get as much of the loose fringe off as possible. I couldn't believe how much of the fringe was left in the washing machine. I have loved all my Kate Hewko purchases and I'm sure I will love this one when the excess fringe finally stops shedding.

A "general size guide" doesn't ever truly work in the fashion world because of fabric and fit (stretch, oversized, bodycon, tailored, etc.). Make sure to measure yourself and reference the tape icon on each product page to get the best fit.
